Real talk

So what do we actually talk about here?

Can I want to lose weight without losing my mind over it?

Is anyone else trying to get more protein without putting protein in literally everything?

Can someone please explain what we're actually supposed to care about with our Oura rings?

Am I overthinking this, or is this actually worth caring about?

Also — what are we making for dinner?

This is a space for what comes after you've done a hell of a lot of work — and still occasionally have some shit you want to talk about.

Ryann and Kasey

Maybe you don't need another program.

Actually, maybe the last thing you need is another program.

You've already done a lot of the work. And you're not interested in spending the next ten years "healing your relationship with food" like it's a full-time job you never applied for.

You know yourself better than that. You know what feels good in your body and what doesn't. You want dinners you actually look forward to, strength you can feel, and the freedom to set goals without turning your life into a self-improvement project.

You want health to support your life, not swallow it. To keep growing, without constantly dissecting yourself. To be around women who get that without needing your entire backstory first.

Welcome to
The Kitchen Table.

You don't need more work to do.
You need a place that supports the life you're already living.

There's another way to do this.

You're done with

×

Making every food thought evidence that you have "more work to do"

×

Wondering if wanting to lose weight means you're going backwards

×

Turning every health goal into a psychological investigation

×

Feeling like recovery is another thing you're supposed to do perfectly

You want to

Lose weight without losing your mind over it

Care about protein, workouts, sleep, hormones — whatever — without making it your personality

Have a weird body-image day without declaring an emergency

Ask people who get it, get your bearings, and then go live your damn life

You can be past the problem
without being past the conversation.

The Kitchen Table is a $15/month community
for women who are past needing another program, but not past wanting a place to talk about this stuff.

Led by a therapist and a dietitian who believe you can care about your health, have goals, and still have some shit come up — without falling back into old behaviors again.

You know when someone finally says the thing you've been thinking but couldn't put into words? That's Ryann. She has spent years inside the complicated, exhausting relationship women have with food and she knows exactly how to untangle it. One conversation with her and the way you think will never quite be the same.

Kasey Benavides

Kasey is the dietitian you wished you had in your twenties. An RD who actually keeps up with the science, cuts through the noise, and tells you the truth even when it's not what the internet is saying. She will make eating well feel so simple you'll genuinely wonder why it ever felt hard and her recipes will become a permanent part of your rotation.

This is probably your table if...

You've done a lot of work on your relationship with food and your body, and you're ready for your life to be about more than continuing to work on them

You like eating well, moving your body, and feeling good but you just refuse to make any of it your entire personality

You want to set health or fitness goals without immediately questioning whether you're "allowed" to want them

You want to know what's actually worth caring about in wellness without falling down another internet rabbit hole

You want simple, genuinely good food ideas that make taking care of yourself easier

You want access to a therapist and dietitian you trust when you have a question, without needing another program

And you really, really want a group of women who understand this weird middle ground without you having to explain the whole backstory.

Yep, these are my people →

FAQs

Do I have to keep up with everything?

Nope. There is nothing to keep up with. Listen when you want to listen. Grab a recipe when you need dinner inspiration. Ask a question when you have one. Jump into the community when you feel like talking. Disappear for three weeks and come back like nothing happened. You cannot fall behind here.

How is this different from following you on Instagram?

Instagram is where we share with you. The Kitchen Table is where we talk with you. You can ask questions, join the conversations, get access to everything we're sharing behind the scenes, and actually get to know the women you're sitting at the table with.

Is The Kitchen Table for me if I'm still really struggling with food?

Probably not, and that's intentional. The Kitchen Table isn't a recovery or treatment program. It's designed for women who have already done a lot of that work and are ready for the conversation to get bigger than food. If you're looking for step-by-step support to heal your relationship with food, you'll likely need more support than this membership is designed to provide.

Is this a weight-loss program?

No. And it's not an anti-weight-loss community either. You can want to lose weight. You can want to maintain your weight. You can have absolutely no weight goal at all. We're interested in something bigger: helping you take care of your health without sacrificing your mental health to do it.

What if I join and decide it's not for me?

Cancel anytime. No awkward breakup required.

You don't need another place to work on yourself.

You need a place to live alongside women who get it. There's a seat for you here.
